We want you to love every purchase from Hush & Hue. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at allenhonshul@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as final sale
• Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
